    • What is The Average Cost of an Asphalt Shingle Roof?
The most common type of roof, an asphalt shingle roof, costs on average $8,000 for a full replacement making it an expensive home improvement, even for the cheapest of materials. With financing, homeowners can cover the entire upfront costs of a new roof, turning a roof replacement into low and affordable monthly payments. As an example – a $10,000 roof financed over 15 years would cost under $100 per month at 9%.
    • Does a New Roof Increase the Value of My Home?

Yes, it does. In fact, most homeowners see between a 60-65% return on their investment after installing a new roof. And, due to the lengthy lifespans of roofing materials, you can be sure that investment will remain long after the project is completed.

    • How Quickly Can I Be Approved for a Roofing Project Loan?
A great financing partner can approve you for up to $100,000 in as little as 60 seconds. Working with a contractor who offers financing makes the process that much easier by offering applications directly through their website and removing the tedious process of coordinating with multiple parties before your project can even begin.
    • Is There a Benefit to Financing a Roof Home Improvement Project Even if I Can Afford the Cost Out of Pocket?

Yes! There are many benefits that come with financing a home improvement project like a roof replacement or roof repair. Working with a contractor who offers financing with instant approvals, low APRs and low monthly payments allows homeowners to complete the necessary renovations while still saving for future needs.

Additionally, a great loan provider will not charge prepayment penalties to those who can afford to pay their loan back sooner instead of waiting the full term, giving you the benefit of financing without the downside of an unnecessary timetable.

  • General

    • How Can I Tell That It Is Time to Replace My Roof?
Knowing when to replace a roof is one of our most popular questions. The best place to start is to take into consideration the age of the roof. We ask questions like when it was last replaced and what does the physical appearance of your roof look like?

We would be happy to schedule an inspector from Axis Roofing to come to your home at no cost and provide you with an unbiased opinion. Integrity is part of our core and we vow to always provide you with true, upfront, and honest answers as to what we see and our suggestions for moving forward.

    • I Have Missing Shingles. Will My Roof Eventually Leak?

At Axis Roofing, we do highly suggest that in order to prevent a leak, missing shingles should be replaced as soon as possible. By replacing them early as possible, you can prevent long-term damage to your home.

    • Does a Roof Leak Cause Long-Term Home Damage?
A leaking roof can cause very serious damage to your home, even leading to the growth of mold and wood rot or deterioration.
    • How Does Hail Damage a Roof?

Hail can cause serious damage to a roof. Hail ultimately deteriorates the protective granules on the surface of your shingles, which then exposes the underlying mat to the sun. Once this is exposed, it will lead to the rapid deterioration of the rest of the shingle.

    • Will My Insurance Pay for a New Roof Due to Wind or Hail Damage?

Homeowner’s insurance may be able to pay for your new roof depending on a number of factors, but your options may vary due to the extent and exact cause of damage. Our inspectors can double-check the insurance adjuster's inspection, and give you an honest assessment of the damage to your home.

    • Can Axis Roofing Assist With My Insurance Claims?

Yes. Axis Roofing has over 40+ years of insurance experience and has relationships with many carriers in the area. At your request, we can work with them on your behalf.

    • Will My Lawn, or Even My Pool, Get Damaged During My Roof Installation? Will Any Nails or Debris Get Left Behind?
Our installers take every precaution to show the utmost respect for your home and property. We will take precautions and protect your yard shrubbery with tarps which will also guard against any nails that may come off during the tear-off process. During our cleanup, we’ll also roll an industrial-strength magnetic roller throughout the property to make sure that there aren’t any nails left behind.

If you have a pool, our field manager will be by the property daily to ensure any roof debris that may have fallen or blown into the pool has been removed.

Since this is a construction project, there is debris that occurs but we always do our best to do a general clean up at the end of each day, and a final clean at the end of your project.

    • Do I Need to Be Home While My Roof Is Being Worked On?

All of the work that Axis Roofing will complete at your property will be done on the outside of your home. Our installers will not need to have access to the inside of your home. However, we will need access to use the driveway for dumpster placement and be able to walk around the property.

    • Is Roofing Financing Available?

Axis Roofing offers two quick and confidential financing options for your project. We have partnered with Power Pay and Sunlight Financial to give you the best financing options available for our industry. Please visit the financing page to learn more.

    • Can I Pay With a Credit Card?

Axis Roofing accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that a 3% processing fee is added to the total amount charged. We also have options to pay ACH/checking accounts via a Quickbooks link.
