It’s never fun to come across a problem that requires major roofing repair. This is where regular roof maintenance comes into play. With regular roof maintenance, you can avoid a major disaster by catching problems early. It’s a good idea to have your roof inspected at least two times a year for residential homes. For commercial buildings, roof inspections should occur three or four times a year, depending on the size of the roof. Many larger roofs require more frequent upkeep.

Axis Advantage Maintenance Program

Our Axis Advantage Maintenance Program allows our customers to leave the hard work to the professionals. This program can help homeowners, property managers and business owners manage roof expenses and take care of all preventative maintenance to preserve and extend the life of your roofing system. Once you have enrolled in one of our programs, we take care of scheduling regular roof inspections throughout the year and we will provide you with a detailed report and photos after each inspection. If a simple repair is needed, it will be completed on site at the time of inspection, and any problem areas and recommended repairs or improvements will be documented and communicated immediately. Our goal is to ensure performance of your existing roof system by offering a maintenance program, which ultimately reduces the costs incurred for roof replacement.

Deluxe Plan ($295/yr)

• 1 Annual Visit
• Complete roof inspection/evaluation
• Removing debris from the roof, the valley areas, and around flashings
• Inspect and clean gutters
• Inspect flashings at all penetrations
• Checking for proper adhesion, including fasteners
• Resealing, when needed, roof penetrations, including AC, curbs, and vent penetrations
• Branch trimming for light limbs touching the roof
• Inspecting accessories such as satellite dishes, solar heaters, and antennas
• Repairing minor potential roof leaks and re-securing loose tiles*
• Advise the homeowner of any repairs that are necessary and provide free estimate
• 10% discount on all our services including roof repair and replacement
• $50.00 discount/year if roof installed by Axis Roofing

PREMIUM PLAN ($445/yr)

• 2 Annual Visits
• Complete roof inspection/evaluation
• Removing debris from the roof, the valley areas, and around flashings
• Inspect and clean gutters
• Inspect flashings at all penetrations
• Checking for proper adhesion, including fasteners
• Resealing, when needed, roof penetrations, including AC, curbs, and vent penetrations
• Branch trimming for light limbs touching the roof

• Repairing minor potential roof leaks and re-securing loose tiles*
• Advise the homeowner of any repairs that are necessary and provide free estimate

• $75.00 discount/year if roof installed by Axis Roofing

*Replace up to 5 broken tiles with the Deluxe Plan and up to 10 tiles with the Premium plan with closest matching Westlake or Eagle tile. Please note that existing color may not be available. Discontinued tiles are subject to availability.

Maintenance Plans Are Great for New Roofs Too!

Please note that there are many different warranties that apply to your roof covering that are important to understand. Some warranties only cover one aspect, such as labor or materials only. However, it is important to mention that many warranties can be voided for a number of reasons; one of these reasons includes the failure to maintain the roof as agreed upon. This is another reason why the Axis Advantage Maintenance Program can help you keep up on your roof no matter what kind of warranty you may have in place.

As an added benefit, if your roof was installed by Axis Roofing and you are still within the workmanship warranty period provided by Axis Roofing, for every year that you maintain the Premium Plan, we will extend your workmanship warranty another year, up to 10 years!
