In the desert climate of Scottsdale, even a sturdy roof can face unexpected challenges from harsh sun exposure and intense seasonal wind storms. When this home experienced a localized leak, it was important to act quickly to keep the interior dry and protected while a more permanent fix could be arranged. We arrived to inspect the flat roof and identify the source of the issue, which had allowed moisture to work its way beneath the surface tiles. Our team carefully cleared the area, checked the condition of the underlying materials, and installed a heavy-duty, weather-resistant tarp system to secure the roof against further exposure to the elements. This temporary measure provides an effective barrier, ensuring that the home stays protected from any sudden monsoon rains. With the tarp securely fastened and properly tensioned across the affected section, the homeowner can be confident that their roof is covered and well-maintained while they consider the next steps for their property in Scottsdale.
Axis Roofing completed this emergency roof tarp in Scottsdale, Arizona. The roof is flat roof. Like every Axis job, it was photo-documented from start to finish.
