Living in Arizona means our roofs take a beating from the intense summer heat and occasional heavy monsoon winds. Over time, this weather can shift or damage concrete tiles, leaving the roof vulnerable. For this Scottsdale home, the wear and tear had created exposed areas where water could easily get in during a storm. We knew it was important to act quickly to keep the interior dry and safe from the elements.
Our team arrived to provide an emergency roof tarp service to stop any immediate water intrusion. We started by carefully clearing debris from the affected section of the concrete tile roof. After checking the condition of the surface, we installed a heavy-duty tarp over the damaged area and secured it firmly in place with weighted bags to ensure it stays put. This creates a reliable, temporary barrier that shields the home until a more permanent repair can be scheduled. The owner now has a protected roof that is ready to handle whatever weather comes to their property in Scottsdale next.
Axis Roofing completed this emergency roof tarp in Scottsdale, Arizona. It is a concrete tile roof. Like every Axis job, it was photo-documented from start to finish.
